The organic amlas in this pickle are hand picked from the Kumaon hills of Uttarakhand ~6000 ft.

Rock Salt and Organic Mustard oil are added. No preservatives/chemicals.

Amla has amazing health benefits. It is one of the richest sources of Vitamin C, improves eyesight, strengthens the lungs and is good for the heart.

These amlas are small and mildly sour unlike regular amlas of the plains which are quite sour to taste.
